The constantly varied nature of our workouts prevent monotony and keeps you engaged. We lead you in a variety of movements and high-intensity workouts that challenge you, promoting continuous improvement and avoiding plateaus in your fitness progress.

PACK FIT

We are excited to offer our Pack Fit Program every Monday, Wednesday and Friday.
 
Come in at 5:30 am or 6:30 pm for a fun 30 minute workout. These workouts are barbell free.
 
Grab a friend, coworker or family member and come join us!

PACK SENIOR

Every Tuesday and Thursday at 10 am, we offer a 45 minute class to our Senior Community.
 
The workouts are designed to meet each athlete where they are. We can modify the movements and encourage balance, flexibility and strength all while making new friends and having fun!
 
We invite you to come in and have fun with us!

PACK KIDS

Our FUN Pack Kids class is for ages 6 -12. They join every Thursday at 5:30 pm.
 
The kiddos play games, learn new skills and get a great workout in, all while having fun in a safe environment. Our hope is that they fall in love with fitness and they meet amazing friends along the way!

No worries! Our classes are designed to accommodate all fitness levels, from beginners to experienced athletes. Our coaches will provide modifications and scale workouts to suit your individual needs and abilities.

Not at all! Crossfit is for everyone, regardless of current fitness level. Our program is scalable, meaning workouts can be adjusted to meet you where you are on your fitness journey.

Please inform our coaches of any injuries or limitations before starting your workout. They will work with you to modify exercises and ensure a safe and effective workout experience.

We recommend starting with 3-4 sessions per week to allow your body time to adapt and recover. As you progress, you may choose to increase your frequency based on your goals and schedule.

Each class typically includes a dynamic warm-up, skill or strength work, the WOD (Workout of the Day), and a cool-down/stretching session. Our coaches will guide you through each part of the class, ensuring a well-rounded and challenging workout.

Yes, we offer Drop-in classes for $15. Come experience the fun, motivation and excitement of a Shadow Pack Crossfit class with us! Click here to sign for a drop-in class.

Wear comfortable workout clothes and sturdy athletic shoes suitable for a range of activities. Don't forget to bring a water bottle and a towel to keep hydrated and fresh during your workouts.
